- You can send a single fax to multiple recipients.
- Documents can be sent to fax numbers as well as to email addresses at the same time.
- All faxes sent through Docuharbor contain a standard cover sheet. You can change the information it contains by logging in to your online account.
- Documents are not sent as attachments. Instead, your email or fax message will contain a link where the document is stored.
Receiving Faxes
- Faxes are received in your email inbox as PDF files.
- Junk faxes can be blocked by contacting Docuharbor customer support and specifying which email addresses or fax number send junk faxes.

- Lite. For $9.95, this plan comes with a toll free fax number equipped with 10 MB of fax storage and 30 fax minutes. Additional 15 MB storage and 20 fax minutes each costs $2.00 a month.
- Silver. For $19.95, this plan comes with a toll free fax number equipped with 20 MB of fax storage and 75 fax minutes. Additional 15 MB storage and 20 fax minutes each costs $2.00 a month. Depending on how many faxes you send, you can also purchase additional 50 minutes costs $5.00.
- Gold. For $29.95, this plan comes with a toll free fax number equipped with 40 MB of fax storage and 175 fax minutes. Additional 15 MB storage and 20 fax minutes each costs $2.00 a month. Additional 50 minutes costs $5.00.
- Platinum. For $445, this plan comes with a toll free fax number equipped with 75MB of fax storage and 300 fax minutes. Additional 15 MB storage costs $2.00. Depending on how much faxes you send and receive, you can purchase additional 50 fax minutes for $4.00 or 100 minutes for $8.00.
