Sending Faxes
- You can send a fax through your existing email account by filling in the correct fax number and attaching the document you wish to send.
- You can also log in to your RapidFax online account to send a fax.
- RapidFax can also be integrated to Microsoft applications, letting you fax an open document directly from Word, Excel or any other program by clicking on the Fax icon in the toolbar.
Receiving Faxes
- Every incoming fax is sent to your online account and email address.
- RapidFax supports different file formats, such as the commonly used Adobe PDF files.
Plans and Pricing: RapidFax has a standard pricing plan of $9.95 a month. It comes with 300 combined pages of incoming and outgoing faxes, with each additional page at 8 cents.
