Internet Fax Features
Sending Faxes
- ClickFax is automatically integrated into compatible address books such as Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, letting you send faxes to your existing contacts.

Summary: RingCentral’s Fax 2500 and ClickFax’s five-user send and receive plan costs $59.99 and $57.99, respectively. However, it seems that RingCentral is the more affordable choice, since it has 2500 pages of combined inbound and outbound faxes, while ClickFax has only 500. Moreover, RingCentral’s overage rates are significantly lower then Clickfax’s. ClickFax features an optional archive CD that you can purchase per month. This is a good system of archiving your faxes. It also includes five email addresses, all connected to one virtual fax number, giving more flexibility in managing faxes. RingCentral Internet fax, on the other hand, is automatically integrated into its virtual PBX package, so if you’re already using RingCentral virtual PBX, your faxes will also by synched to your other communications.

It charges 8 cents per minute, while the ClickFax two-user send and receive plan charges 10 cents per fax page. Since iSendit is a fax broadcast service, sending through ClickFax may be slower than when you use iSendit. If you send and receive few faxes, you can use ClickFax. Its monthly fee of $20.95 includes 120 combined inbound and outbound pages.
