Company Overview: Faxaway provides online fax services such as email-to-fax and broadcast faxing.
Internet Fax Features
Sending Faxes
- You can broadcast a single fax to multiple recipients of up to thousands of fax numbers.
- Failed faxes are resent for four times within the first fifteen minutes and then for another four times an hour later.
- Fax reports are sent to your email inbox, informing you whether or not faxes were successfully sent.
Receiving Faxes
- Incoming faxes can be viewed through your user account in the Faxaway website as well as in your email inbox.
- Received faxes can be viewed through Windows Image Viewer and Kodak Imaging. Other image viewers can be downloaded from the Faxaway website.
- Subscribers are given Seattle numbers, so senders outside the area are charged for long distance transactions whenever they send faxes to you.
- You can receive faxes in both your email inbox and your online account. You can also choose to direct incoming faxes in either one of them.
- The online account can store up to 20 messages. New incoming messages will automatically delete the oldest message in the account.
Other Features
- Website faxing. Through Faxaway, people who visit your website can send you faxes and can also receive documents from you without your permission. Documents such as application forms and price lists can easily be retrieved from your website through Faxaway’s website faxing.
Plans and Pricing: Faxaway’s Internet fax service is a prepaid service which requires a minimum of $10 deposit through credit card. A $1.00 maintenance fee is also charged every month. Its standard plan charges 11 cents for every fax page on a weekday and 10 cents on weekends.
