Internet Fax Features

Sending Faxes

  • You can send a fax through your existing email account by filling in the correct fax number and attaching the document you wish to send.
  • You can also log in to your RapidFax online account to send a fax.
  • RapidFax can also be integrated to Microsoft applications, letting you fax an open document directly from Word, Excel or any other program by clicking on the Fax icon in the toolbar.

Receiving Faxes

  • Every incoming fax is sent to your online account and email address.

Summary: Although ClickFax has more features than RapidFax, you can still get the basic functions you need with the latter. Also, it is significantly more affordable than ClickFax. For $9.99 a month, RapidFax gives 300 minutes of inbound and outbound faxes. On the other hand, ClickFax only gives 120 messages but charges a minimum of $20.95 a month. Also, since this plan provides Internet fax to two users, 120 messages seems quite a small amount for this plan.

Summary: With the same monthly price, RapidFax offers more than Docuharbor Lite. Both in terms of included faxes and additional features, RapidFax gives the better service.
