Sending Faxes

  • Email2Fax lets you send a fax directly from your existing email account.
  • The Web2Fax service lets you send faxes from your user account accessible through the Send2Fax website. Through a web interface, you can perform various fax-sending tasks such as creating a cover page message and an electronic signature to go with your faxes.
  • You can send faxes directly from Microsoft 2003 and 2007 applications by clicking on the Internet Fax icon found in the toolbar. You can start faxing directly from Microsoft Office by installing fax software available in the Send2Fax website.

Receiving faxes

  • Inbound faxes are directly sent to your email inbox through Fax2Email. Through a virtual fax number assigned to you, you can receive faxes from a traditional fax machine or another Internet fax service.
  • Faxes arrive in your email inbox as PDF and TIFF documents, based on your preference.
  • Up to two email addresses can be enlisted as receiving email addresses.

Plans and Pricing. Send2fax has two Internet faxing plans that include free fax pages within the US and Canada.

  • Send2fax Home Office. This plan has 150 combined inbound and outbound pages for $8.95 a month. The overage rate per page is 12 cents, while the set up fee is $8.95.
  • Send2Fax Small Business. For $12.95 a month and a set up fee of $12.95, this plan has 350 combined inbound and outbound pages. As with the Home Office plan, the overage rate per page is 12 cents.
